Aventacor is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Everett, WA serving small businesses across Western Washington, from Marysville to Seattle. We're looking for motivated, self-directed sales professionals to join us as IT Sales Partners with a base + commission structure.

Guaranteed base salary of $3,550/month plus commission.

We started Aventacor because small businesses in our community deserve the same quality IT support that large enterprises get.

WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING:
We're a one-stop technology partner for the small businesses (typically 4-25 employees). We offer a comprehensive monthly technology package that includes:
  • Fully managed IT services under an annual contract.
  • A bundled cybersecurity software suite - included at no extra charge.
  • Physical security and infrastructure installs for existing clients (including network, wireless, security cameras, door sensors, motion sensors, and access controls).
  • Business process and automation consulting: CRM setup, website/form integrations, and technology-driven workflow improvements.

WHAT YOU EARN:
Contracts start at $700/month for a 4-person company, and increase by $150/month per additional employee. Commission scales automatically if a client grows and adds employees.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate is someone who already talks to small business owners regularly - whether through a complementary sales role, a professional services background, or an existing referral network. You don't need to be a technical expert; we handle the technical sales and delivery. You need to be able to open the door and make a credible introduction.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Located in Western Washington.
  • Proven experience in B2B outside sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Existing network or established presence in the local small business community.
  • Basic familiarity with technology services or managed IT (preferred, not required).
